What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support within the office of the NDPP
  • Manage an efficient filing system and maintain an organized pending system
  • Make travel arrangements as required for the NDPP and staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with strict adherence to security protocols
  • Prepare high-level documentation, including letters and memoranda
  • Ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects for the NDPP’s office
  • Oversee finance and supply chain services administration
  • Administer human resources management services and performance management
  • Supervise junior staff, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant B Degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF level 6) in Public Administration, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in administration within an executive office
  • Proven expertise in drafting high-level memoranda and official correspondence
  • Extensive knowledge of the NPA Act, PSA Act, PFMA, and Treasury regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
