What You’ll Do

• Conduct capacity-building workshops for NPOs and sector-specific training programs.
• Facilitate the registration of NPOs in accordance with the NPO Act.
• Support and implement departmental special programs to enhance community development.
• Monitor compliance with relevant legislation and policies related to NPOs.
• Maintain and update the district database of NPOs to ensure accurate information.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in Community Development.
• A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
• Strong knowledge of community dynamics, development principles, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Competence in project management and human resource management.
