What You’ll Do

• Manage the delivery of services related to systems and applications planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with client departments and key stakeholders to facilitate successful software implementations.
• Provide expertise on policy and frameworks, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Plan and oversee the work of the team, holding accountability for overall performance and outcomes.
• Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of professionals and service providers to deliver exceptional services, managing project offices and project managers.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate B-degree or National Diploma.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience plus at least 5 years of experience in an ICT applications development environment.
• A valid code 08 driver’s license.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of project management and operational management practices.
• Excellent skills in analysis, supervision, numeracy, literacy, performance management, and effective communication.
