What You’ll Do
- Design and define application and technology architecture blueprints.
- Identify and resolve issues within the current application architecture.
- Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather requirements for application architecture.
- Provide recommendations for technical improvements to existing application landscapes.
- Manage the full Oracle technology stack and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop high-level application architecture requirements to support project execution.
- Foster collaboration among development teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for existing and new systems.
- Promote knowledge sharing through training and workshops for team members.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology, Business/Informatics, or Computer Science (NQF Level 6).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in application development, systems architecture, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF and GWEA Frameworks.
- Proficiency in the full Oracle technology stack and experience with MS SQL Server, SOAP/XML, and REST APIs.
- Skills in technical leadership, coaching, project management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication abilities and a valid driver’s license.
