What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and implementing disease control measures for livestock.
• Provide support services related to animal health, reproduction, and production.
• Collect samples for disease testing and help enforce animal health regulations.
• Offer extension services to educate animal owners on health practices.
• Perform administrative tasks related to animal health management.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification recognized by SAQA.
• A valid driver’s license (exceptions apply for individuals with disabilities).
• Knowledge of animal health methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and farmers effectively.
• Competency in resource utilization and basic reporting.
• Basic public speaking skills to facilitate information sharing.
