What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff within the circuit office.

  • Compile and analyze reports on school performance and circuit activities.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of the circuit office against set objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years relevant clerical or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of provincial and national education strategies and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and computer programs, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft documentation and reports.
  • Strong planning, time management, and research abilities, with a capacity to work under pressure.
