What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive training to NaTIS users throughout KwaZulu-Natal to ensure system integrity and effective use.
- Administer, control, and reconcile motor vehicle registration and licensing forms.
- Disseminate and implement road traffic legislation, policies, and NaTIS updates effectively.
- Offer relief support and auxiliary services within the department.
- Supervise human resources and staff to ensure efficient operation.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate/National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative environment.
- Knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with NaTIS and its functionalities.
- Understanding of Public Services Regulations, Labour Relations Act, and Employment Equity Act.
- Proficient computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making and planning skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- A reliable, honest, and self-motivated attitude, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
