What You’ll Do
- Assist with managing personnel provisioning and establishment amendments.
- Control and prepare reports on personnel administration activities.
- Manage talent sourcing processes, including advertising and selection.
- Facilitate interviews, finalizing processes, and transfers of personnel.
- Provide effective administrative support to management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in public service.
What You’ll Need
- Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Appropriate experience in talent sourcing and personnel administration.
- Familiarity with PERSAL system operations.
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Willingness to wear a uniform and travel within the province as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
