What You’ll Do

  • Process payments and journal entries using the Basic Accounting System (BAS) and LOGIS.
  • Manage petty cash and register supplier and creditor bank details.
  • Handle BAS debt management and clear asset and liabilities accounts.
  • Maintain batch control and assist in financial reporting.
  • Provide support to your supervisor and contribute to team efforts in financial management.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject, or relevant experience and competencies.
  • Appropriate experience in Financial Management.
  • A valid Driver’s Licence (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the LOGIS System and sound knowledge of BAS and applicable government legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, along with good communication skills.
