What You’ll Do

  • Identify and rectify erroneous expenditure while addressing training needs when necessary.
  • Ensure timely clearance of asset and liabilities accounts.
  • Monitor transfer payments effectively and provide support to NPO finance and programme staff.
  • Ensure compliance with sundry payment regulations and financial policies.
  • Provide documented information related to budget matters upon request from the Assistant Director and Senior Administrative Officer.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject.
  • Recognizable experience in finance or administration.
  • A valid code B/EB driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply financial policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of financial management within the public service, including relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with systems like BAS and LOGIS.
