What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Demand Management unit.
  • Collect and consolidate information related to procurement plans.
  • Assist in drafting specifications and terms of reference for procurement strategies.
  • Offer secretariat support for relevant committees and general administration tasks.
  • Ensure the preparation of quality reports that reflect the unit’s activities and outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Demand Management.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong report writing skills and knowledge of government supply chain management policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as PPPFA, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and BBBEE Acts, along with monitoring and evaluation theories and systems.
