What You’ll Do
- Provide line administrative support services to the sub-directorate.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.
- Conduct research to support departmental initiatives.
- Deliver financial support services in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Experience in a road safety environment is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license or alternative mode of transport for individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of transport-related regulatory legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and National Treasury Regulations.
- Strong skills in project management, operational management practices, and general office administration.
- Proficiency in computer-based information systems and record management.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and time management skills.
