What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for assessment and examination services.
- Process and verify applications related to registration and certification.
- Handle inquiries regarding results and certification efficiently.
- Administer the certification process, including issuing results and managing queries.
- Coordinate assessment administration activities and maintain relevant systems.
- Assist with the planning and execution of workshops and large meetings.
- Compile reports on assessment and examination data for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an effective filing system and manage document flow in the office.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, plus a relevant 3-year post-school qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in clerical or administrative roles.
- A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and education-related databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client service orientation and sound judgment.
- Ability to work under pressure and function effectively in a team.
