What You’ll Do
- Render administrative services for assessments and examinations efficiently.
- Verify and approve processed applications within set timelines.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to registration and certification.
- Manage the certification and results issuance process, including queries and remark requests.
- Administer the registration process for various educational qualifications.
- Support with administrative processes related to assessment and promotion appeals.
- Develop and maintain systems to improve operational efficiency within the unit.
- Assist in planning workshops, conferences, and events related to education.
- Coordinate communication and documentation flow between stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, with a relevant 3-year post-school qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles.
- Valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
- Advanced proficiency in relevant software and examination directive knowledge.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
