What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support services to the Directorate.
- Coordinate and manage monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Maintain relevant systems for efficient operations.
- Assist with supply chain management activities and offer advisory support.
- Manage the filing system through MyContent.
- Oversee the management of the Directorate’s fleet of vehicles.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (or higher qualification).
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative support experience.
- A valid Code B driving license (or higher).
- Knowledge of organizational and management practices.
- Familiarity with financial management and reporting procedures.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and planning skills.
