About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and render general clerical support services within the department.
- Implement and communicate policy directives effectively to staff and stakeholders.
- Provide personnel administration support, ensuring compliance with personnel policies.
- Assist in financial administration, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Foster human resource management within the component, supporting staff development and welfare.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- A valid driver’s license (minimum Code B).
- Strong knowledge of clerical duties and data capturing.
- Familiarity with PERSAL and BAS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy and office management skills.
- A commitment to confidentiality and integrity in all work-related matters.
