The Department of Transport is seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk (Production) for the Record Verification section, based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. What You’ll Do
- Process high-risk transactions on the eNaTIS and Task Management System.
- Communicate with stakeholders to finalize applications and resolve disputes.
- Handle duplicated or cloned motor vehicle registrations and ownership issues.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for the Records Verification Section.
- Ensure compliance with the National Road Traffic Act and relevant regulations.
- Support service delivery through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4.
- Knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act and Public Financial Management Act.
- Familiarity with Treasury Regulations and public service reporting procedures.
- Strong understanding of eNaTIS applications related to Road Traffic Acts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy and competence in utilizing the eNaTIS system.
