What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-level administration support to the office’s daily operations.
  • Maintain the incoming and outgoing documents register for the component.
  • Offer clerical support in supply chain processes within the component.
  • Assist with personnel administrative tasks and support services.
  • Handle routine inquiries and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Provide financial administration support within the office.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable competency in acting independently, professionally, and with accountability.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Sound planning and organizing abilities, both written and verbal.
  • General computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people.
