What You’ll Do

  • Generate and allocate statistical reports from the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS).
  • Update daily court statistics registers and maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with prosecutors regarding case matters and provide necessary documentation.
  • Register incoming dockets and scan documents for electronic storage.
  • Act as a liaison between the NPA and the South African Police Service (SAPS) to ensure efficient case flow.
  • Prepare and maintain files, provide documents to interested parties, and attend to case-related queries.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
