What You’ll Do
- Book and allocate fleet vehicles for departmental use.
- Conduct vehicle inspections with drivers during vehicle issue and return.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate maintenance and service bookings for fleet vehicles.
- Liaise with customers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep thorough records of vehicle files, trip authorities, logbooks, and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct asset verification as required.
- Verify monthly vehicle usage and fuel reports and check tracker reports against trip authorities.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Good planning and organizing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- A professional and accountable attitude, demonstrating credibility in your work.
