What You’ll Do
- Register and manage incoming dockets, ensuring accurate scanning and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with prosecutors regarding case flow and administrative queries.
- Generate statistical reports from the electronic case management system (ECMS) for various stakeholders.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data captured on the ECMS.
- Liaise with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and other NPA stakeholders to facilitate urgent case processing.
- Ensure timely updates to court statistics and case registers, enhancing the overall efficiency of the office.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including maintaining organized files and executing a variety of office tasks.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
