What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Prosecutor and District Court Control Prosecutor.
- Maintain an organized administrative system to enhance office efficiency.
- Draft and manage correspondence with the public and other stakeholders.
- Handle logistics, finance, and human resources functions for the subcluster.
- Deliver and manage documents, including mails and faxes, within the office.
- Collect and collate statistics and reports for submission to the Chief Prosecutor’s office.
- Liaise effectively with various justice stakeholders and members of the public.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and good verbal/written communication.
- Customer-focused approach and responsiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility in task handling.
