What You’ll Do
- Assist in providing secretariat services to the NCACC and associated committees.
- Manage and process documentation from registry, determining the nature of applicants’ requests.
- Prepare comprehensive records for discussions and decisions by the NCACC and Scrutiny Committee.
- Liaise with committee members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate decision records within the IT database, supporting transparency and accountability.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent, plus a recognized National Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Public Administration, Public Management, or Office Management (NQF Level 6).
- At least three (3) years of experience in Arms Control or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of relevant public sector policies, legislation, and departmental procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Understanding of financial management principles and decision-making skills.
- High level of computer literacy and analytical thinking.
- A commitment to honesty, integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
