What You’ll Do
- Provide clerical support within the supply chain component of the department.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement processes.
- Obtain quotations and complete procurement forms for standard office items.
- Maintain stock control of office stationery to ensure availability.
- Keep and maintain the asset register of the component, ensuring accurate records.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, with the ability to capture data effectively.
- Proficiency in operating a computer, including data entry and statistical collection.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
