What You’ll Do

  • Provide effective office administration and reception services to support the Nurse Manager and associated managers.
  • Manage and maintain nursing data filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of interviews and meetings for nursing staff appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to nursing personnel, addressing queries and facilitating effective communication.
  • Execute accurate typing and data capturing of human resource documentation as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a Secretarial or Administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent typing and minute-taking skills.
  • Knowledge of NIMS (Nursing Information Management System) is an advantage.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills, along with good verbal and written communication abilities.
