What You’ll Do

  • Register patients on the Clinicom system to ensure accurate records
  • Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of in-patients effectively
  • Maintain appointments and ward registers to streamline patient flow
  • Compile patient statistics for reporting and analysis
  • Handle telephonic and written enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Support the Finance Component with accurate debtor assessments and data capturing
  • Ensure proper management of foreign patients’ information

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) as the minimum educational qualification
  • Experience with the Clinicom system in a ward or clinic administration setting
  • Willingness to rotate and cover other areas as needed
  • Knowledge of Hospital Fees Memorandum 18, UPFS, HIS, and Finance Instructions
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and without supervision
  • Excellent client care skills
