What You’ll Do
- Manage advanced academic administration tasks related to student matters.
- Oversee the administration of academic programmes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Handle the effective delivery of clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Control assets and manage the ordering of stock efficiently.
- Collaborate with students and faculty to provide excellent support services.
- Assist in resolving student-related conflicts and concerns professionally.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in student administration within an academic setting.
- A valid code B/EB driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong numerical skills and capability to work independently with accountability.
- Self-motivated approach and ability to improve work performance consistently.
