What You’ll Do
- Supervise the processing of criminal and non-criminal source documents within the Criminal Section.
- Oversee adjudication administration processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage administrative functions related to criminal records, enhancing workflow and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required to facilitate decision-making processes.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a relevant administrative role.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- An applicable three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong report writing abilities.
- A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours if necessary.
