What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative duties related to personnel management, including processing appointments and terminations.
- Manage salary administration, leave applications, and housing matters.
- Capture accurate data on the PERSAL system and maintain personnel records.
- Handle personnel inquiries and correspondence, both written and verbal.
- Maintain various registers for personnel management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes to bring in top talent.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in People Management and PERSAL systems.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
