What You’ll Do
- Coordinate courses in line with the Training Provisioning Plan.
- Type and compile letters and correspondence.
- Create and manage emails related to training activities.
- Compile, purify, and submit nominations for training programs.
- Capture results on the Training Administering System and issue certificates.
- Administer skills development facilitation processes.
- Provide training support to ensure effective learning outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the role.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Relevant courses in the field of administration are advantageous.
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and extend hours when needed.
