What You’ll Do

  • Manage professional and confidential patient administration tasks.
  • Facilitate patient admissions and registrations using the Clinicom system.
  • Oversee revenue generation and bed management functions.
  • Coordinate booking of patient transport and ensure all UPFS functions are performed.
  • Administer and manage equipment by ordering and controlling consumables through manual and electronic systems like LOGIS.
  • Provide general administrative support to line managers and Nurse Management.
  • Assist in relieving colleagues as required and rotate across different departments within the Nursing Component.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum educational qualification of Grade 12/Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant administrative experience in a hospital environment, particularly with Clinicom and LOGIS systems.
  • Willingness to work in a health environment where infectious diseases are treated.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including day/night duty, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice and rotate through different departments as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Access.
