What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services such as recording, organizing, and storing correspondence and data.
- Manage routine inquiries and maintain the filing system for the component.
- Assist in supply chain operations by liaising with stakeholders regarding procurement and managing stock control.
- Maintain personnel records, including leave and attendance registers, and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Support financial administration by updating expenditure records and checking claims for correctness.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, including data capturing and statistical collection.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two official languages.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
