What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal research for the regional court as requested by the court president or chief magistrate.
- Download and distribute cases, judgments, and amendments to relevant legislation to magistrates.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual court performance statistics and reports.
- Verify and validate statistical data to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support for case flow management, including reporting challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Compile performance reports for various efficiency enhancement committees.
- Assist the regional court registrar and provide support with civil issuing offices, reports, and training of court clerks.
