What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative functions as part of the information management team.
- Collect, collate, and compile health data for analysis and reporting.
- Validate data and monitor data quality to ensure accurate health information.
- Conduct data spot checks and follow up on issues identified in datasets.
- Attend to ad hoc queries and data requests from healthcare facilities.
- Assist with data collection, collation, and capturing for health campaigns.
- Conduct audits at healthcare facilities in compliance with SOPs and provide feedback.
- Support your Line Manager and undertake administrative relief duties as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in Information Management within a health environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Department of Health policies, acts, and legislation.
- Familiarity with information management processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency in computer systems such as SINJANI, Clinicom, PHCIS, Tier.net, and EDR.web.
- Understanding of HAST programme data tools and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
