What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services, including capturing and organizing data.
- Maintain and update databases and registers, particularly for local schools.
- Handle routine inquiries and keep accurate records of all correspondence.
- Assist with office support duties, including photocopying, filing, and document distribution.
- Manage procurement tasks by obtaining quotes and maintaining stock control of office supplies.
- Provide support for financial administration, including capturing expenditures and processing travel claims.
- Assist with personnel administration, maintaining leave and attendance registers.
- Support the organization of meetings and travel arrangements for the team.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and practices, as well as data capturing skills.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing public service operations.
- Proficiency in computer skills and good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
