About the Role
The Estcourt Labour Centre is looking for an Administration Clerk to join its Inspection & Enforcement Services team. This role is based in the vibrant town of Estcourt, situated in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal. As an integral part of the department, you will provide essential administrative support that ensures the smooth functioning of services aimed at enhancing labour relations and protecting workers’ rights across South Africa. What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directorate.
- Control and manage the movement of documents and files within the office.
- Assist with Supply Chain Management processes to ensure effective procurement.
- Offer Human Resource Services support to facilitate smooth operations.
What You’ll Need
- A Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures relevant to an office environment.
- Experience in filing and retrieving documents efficiently.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
- Data capturing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong planning and organizing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
