What You’ll Do

  • Handle state funds and ensure their safeguarding.
  • Collate data onto the CLINICOM system and manage invoice rendering.
  • Verify the accuracy of patient invoices and estimations.
  • Perform reception duties, including managing clinic and ward responsibilities.
  • Collect and verify necessary documents to classify patients into the appropriate tariff categories.
  • Ensure all patient appointments are captured and admitted daily.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient reception services.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in Patient Reception Services.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and comply with internal rotation schedules.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and CLINICOM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
