  • Collect and handle public funds, ensuring accurate cash management and accountability.
  • Address written and telephonic inquiries related to patient admissions, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties to support hospital operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in patient admissions within a hospital setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Clinicom system is a must.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of hospital fees and admissions protocols.
