What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative coordination and management to support hospital operations
  • Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of porter, housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services
  • Offer financial administration support services within the department
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and policies
  • Develop and implement systems for managing the control and distribution of PPE and cleaning materials
  • Provide supervision and support to human resources and staff

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate and a Diploma in Public Administration or a related qualification recognized by SAQA
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in support services, facilities management, or a related administrative environment
  • Strong understanding of administrative systems within a Public Service context
  • Ability to read, interpret, and write reports and correspondence effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, as amended
