What You’ll Do

  • Provide general clerical support services to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with supply chain clerical support services within the department.
  • Handle personnel administration and related clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Support financial administration tasks to maintain accurate records and processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid Code 08/EB Driver’s License.
  • Basic knowledge of financial administration and related legislation.
  • Understanding of accounting methods, principles, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in telephonic etiquette and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
