What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services to ensure efficient operation within the archives repository.
- Assist with supply chain clerical support, including the management of inventory and procurement processes.
- Offer personnel administration assistance, including maintaining employee records and filing systems.
- Support financial administration through basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
- Maintain an organized working environment to facilitate quick access to information and documentation.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid Code 08/EB Driver’s License.
- Basic knowledge of financial administration and relevant legislation.
- Understanding of accounting methods, principles, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
