What You’ll Do
- Apply relevant policies and regulations while managing financial transactions
- Perform cashier duties, including cash advances and receipt issuance
- Accurately allocate revenue and prepare deposits for secure bank dispatch
- Safeguard and archive accounting documentation for auditing purposes
- Record accounting transactions using the Financial Management System (FMS)
- Assist with general administrative functions, including invoice verification
- Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and service delivery
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent, with Accounting or Mathematics as subjects
- No prior experience required
- A valid Driver’s License
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to apply financial policies accurately
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
- Willingness to be assigned to Satellite Offices across different locations
