About the Opportunity
Silulumanzi (RF) (Pty) Ltd is offering a bursary fund to support students pursuing studies in engineering, science, environmental management, water services, and technical careers. This initiative is particularly aimed at students from communities within Silulumanzi’s operational and contractual concession areas, ensuring that the funding aligns with the company’s technical skills needs.

Applications for the Silulumanzi Bursary Fund are open from 01 October 2026 and will close on 30 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Successful bursary recipients may be required to participate in an internship with Silulumanzi after completing their studies, equivalent to the number of years they received sponsorship.
Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants must have a Grade 12 with a Bachelor Pass, Level 6 passes in Mathematics and Science, proof of admission or acceptance at an accredited South African tertiary institution, and proof of residence. Preference is given to applicants from Silulumanzi’s operational areas, previously disadvantaged individuals, people with disabilities, female applicants, and South African citizens from the relevant concession areas.
Benefits
The bursary covers registration fees, tuition fees, accommodation fees, and prescribed books and study materials. Funding is awarded based on academic merit and may be renewed annually subject to satisfactory academic performance and compliance with program conditions.
