What You’ll Do
- Register all employers and verify employee declarations as per relevant guidelines.
- Process approved claims for unemployment benefits within specified timeframes.
- Address inquiries related to processed claims and other relevant matters.
- Perform various administrative tasks within the claims section to support efficient operations.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 or Senior Certificate is essential.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act and associated regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills and customer care abilities.
