What You’ll Do

  • Type court orders, documents, and reports with precision.
  • Compile term rolls, week rolls, and motion rolls (un/opposed).
  • Maintain accurate registers and documentation for court processes.
  • Compile and submit relevant judgments to stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of court functions through effective documentation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • No prior experience is necessary for this role.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills (minimum speed of 35 words per minute).
  • Good problem-solving and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills and a client-oriented mindset.
