What You’ll Do

• Perform routine technical services, including minor repairs in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural areas.
• Attend to heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, and fire safety checks.
• Conduct maintenance on water reticulation systems, toilet flush systems, valves, and stopcocks.
• Unblock drains, toilets, and sinks to maintain sewerage functionality.
• Repair doors, locks, and other general maintenance items.
• Inspect and maintain equipment in communal areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests and conduct inspections to identify issues.
• Manage workshop supplies, including the preparation of orders for spare parts.
• Handle gas cylinder management, including filling and replacing empty cylinders as needed.
• Check and reset fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

What You’ll Need

• NQF Level 3 qualification with at least 6 months of trade-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of technical work and maintenance tasks.
• A self-motivated and responsive attitude with a positive approach to challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all tasks.
