What You’ll Do

• Provide routine technical services and perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Attend to heating, air conditioning, electrical, and fire systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Repair water reticulation systems, broken windows, and toilet flush systems.
• Unblock drains and maintain the effective functioning of the sewerage system.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and assess maintenance requests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop and communal areas, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Prepare and store gas cylinders for institutional use, replacing empty ones in wards.
• Inspect and test electrical lighting and equipment, checking readings as necessary.

What You’ll Need

• NQF level 3 qualification with at least 6 months of trade-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of technical work and maintenance services.
• A self-motivated and responsive nature with a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate with colleagues.
