What You’ll Do

  • Conduct routine technical services, including minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Attend to heating, air conditioning, and fire safety systems.
  • Repair and maintain water reticulation systems, toilets, and drains.
  • Handle general maintenance tasks such as fixing doors, locks, and broken windows.
  • Inspect and maintain workshop equipment and communal areas.
  • Prepare and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, including gas cylinders.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and ensure cleanliness of workspaces.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF Level 3 qualification with at least 6 months of trade-related experience.
  • Basic understanding of technical work and maintenance practices.
  • A proactive and responsive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
