What You’ll Do

• Perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Attend to heating, air conditioning, electrical, and fire systems maintenance.
• Handle routine maintenance requests and ensure timely action.
• Inspect and maintain water reticulation systems, drains, and toilets.
• Conduct inspections on electrical lighting and equipment for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and communal areas.
• Prepare and store gas cylinders, replacing them as needed in the wards.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks like repairing doors and locks.

What You’ll Need

• NQF Level 3 qualification with at least 6 months of relevant trade experience.
• Basic knowledge of technical work and maintenance services.
• A proactive and responsive attitude towards maintenance needs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
