What You’ll Do

• Plan and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with labor legislation
• Investigate reported cases of labor law violations
• Prepare and represent the department in court as a State witness
• Conduct proactive inspections and advocacy campaigns on labor legislation
• Manage the finalization of case files and reports
• Contribute to the planning and drafting of regional inspection plans

What You’ll Need

• National Diploma (NQF6) or Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF7) in Labour Relations, Labour Law, LLB, or BCOM Law
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Inspection and Enforcement Services
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of labor-related legislation and departmental policies
• Excellent skills in facilitation, planning, organizing, and problem-solving
